PINOT NOIR 2018
This is a single vineyard, exclusively Estate produced wine from our mature vines at Tea Tree in Tasmania’s famed Coal River Valley. Exhibiting the fragrance, fruit intensity and savoury characters typical of true cool-climate Pinot Noir along with the silky elegance and structure. The wine will build depth and complexity over the next few years.
CABERNET MERLOT 2018
Rich, deep and concentrated with dark berry flavours, it has fine tannins with a sweet, powdery texture. This wine has a very good potential for ageing. Drink now to ten years.
GEORGE'S SPARKLING 2008
This Vintage Sparkling has been aged for four years in the bottle and recently dis-gorged for adding an additional nine grams per litre of residual sugar to finish the wine. Displaying a light straw colour with a pleasant light and persistent bead. Intense and complex aromas of creamy and assertive Pinot Noir yeasty flavours. A blend of 72% Pinot Noir and 28% Chardonnay; the Pinot giving structure and the Chardonnay contributing to the lovely soft length.
ICED RIESLING 2018
Produced from 100% handpicked Riesling grapes from Southern Tasmania’s famed Coal River Valley. The wine shows intense mandarin aromas with subtle sweet honey tones and bruised apple flavours. Some tropical notes. A lovely lighter style yet very crisp, lengthy and complex. A must to try with Lemon Curd tarts or a selection of fine Tasmanian cheeses.

Vibrant gooseberry and floral aromas through to the palate. Tropical fruit flavours and zingy fresh acidity makes for an excellent food wine.
COAL RIVER VALLEY CHARDONNAY 2017
This is a single vineyard, exclusively estate produced wine from our mature vines at Tea Tree in Tasmania's famed Coal River Valley. Fresh stone fruit and ripe grapefruit aromas. A soft fig and pecan flavoursome palate follows with delicate citrus mineral undertones giving line and length. This wine has a very good potential for ageing; drink now to ten years.
COAL RIVER VALLEY ROSÉ 2018
Fresh aromas of strawberry; a crisp palate that is fruity and possesses full freshness. This wine is made with Pinot Noir grapes that were all bunched at low pressure to avoid extracting the colours from the skins. Enjoy it now for it's freshness or put it away for up to ten years. Great with seafood or poultry.
